  • Chris Mumford on 03/02 Sez: In my opinion Carrollton runs a very nice public library system. This one is clean, quiet, and I can always find a desk. The study rooms are usually occupied. The library has a coffee shop in it, but I don't really like the coffee. Instead I opt to stop by the Starbucks across the street and then bring the coffee into the library - which is perfectly OK with them.
