Try not to attend during Wednesdays since the Public Farmers Market opens every Wednesday for about 9 months of the year. If you do, come early so you can get a parking spot. Also, while there is free public parking in the underground garage, there is only a 4 hour limit. Also, the library does get packed after 2pm on weekdays.
